- Attendee:  $1,500 + taxes
- Exhibitor: $2,500 + taxes

Note: Prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes.


3. Are there discounts for students, groups, or early registration? Register early to secure the best rate! Our registration fees are currently discounted, but prices may increase as the summit date approaches. Don't wait – sign up now to take advantage of the early-bird discount!


4. Can I cancel or transfer my registration?

Registration Policy:

  • Transfer of registration is only permitted within the same company.
  • No transfers are allowed across different companies.
  • For cancellation and refund details, please refer to our Refund Policies section.

Day 1 of the summit is dedicated to the exhibition, allowing attendees to focus on exploring displays, meeting exhibitors, and networking. There will be no conference sessions or speakers on this day, providing a unique opportunity for meaningful connections and interactions.

Travel and Accommodation

1. Are there recommended hotels or accommodation options? Please stay tuned for more information on accommodation in Saskatoon.


2. Is transportation available from the airport to the venue? Please note that attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation from the airport to their hotel and to the summit venue, Innovation Place. We recommend exploring options such as taxis, ride-sharing services, or car rentals in advance to ensure a smooth arrival. Should you require assistance, please email us at info@voazokagritours.ca


3. Are there travel grants or scholarships available? No travel grants or scholarships are currently available. We will post updates if this changes.

3. Do you provide invitation letters for visas? Yes, we provide invitation letters to support your Canadian visa application. Please register for the summit and request an invitation letter by emailing [info@voazokagritours.ca] and attaching a copy of your passport bio page. We will provide a personalized letter with summit details and your registration confirmation. Important: The Canada-Ghana Agribusiness Summit Committee does not offer visa advice or assistance. It is the sole responsibility of participants to secure their own visas to attend the Summit. Please ensure you understand and comply with Canadian visa requirements.

1. Who is the target audience for the summit?

The target audience for the Canada-Ghana Agribusiness Summit includes professionals and stakeholders from the agricultural industry, such as farmers, producers, agribusiness executives, investors, government officials, researchers, and international trade officials. Additionally, representatives from agricultural technology providers, sustainability organizations, and students/young professionals are also encouraged to attend. This diverse group gathers to share knowledge, network, and explore opportunities for growth and collaboration in the agribusiness sector for both Canada and Ghana.


2. Can I bring a guest or colleague? Yes, you may attend with your partner or colleagues. However, if they are attending the Summit, a separate registration will be required. Please note that we do not provide invitation letters to non-attendees.

4. Is the summit open to the public or only to industry professionals? Only those who have registered may attend the summit.
